All grills and components that come into direct contact with food are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, which fully complies with the strictest regulations (“Moca”, in Italy). Its insulation with insulating material prevents the transmission of temperature to the outside and guarantees homogeneous and constant cooking, essential for all foods, as well as safety for the operator who uses it.
